Can I sue a company if I was injured at work?

I was working as a temp in a car parts company and I got injured while working. A roof part fell on me and cut my side of the neck! I was transferred to a hospital and an operation was made. I was wondering what are my options in terms of suing the company? I am emotionally depressed and physically scarred. Could you please help me and we may end up doing business together in the future. Thank you and I am waiting for an answer.

You can make a workers comp claim. If you were employed by a temp agency, you may be able to sue the business where you were hurt. You need to talk to a lawyer as soon as possible.
