Can I sue my employer for lost wages?

I was in an accident about 3 to 4 months ago. I was out of work for a month and two weeks never revived lost wages and the insurance. Company keeps putting me off.

It's hard to tell what your rights are from the email, but nearly all workers in Oregon are covered by workers compensation. If you've been injured on the job, and you are not receiving any benefits, then you should immediately contact a workers compensation lawyer. Also, your time to appeal certain decisions is limited, and the longer you wait, the more likely it is that you will lose your rights.
