Can we sue our granddaughter for not paying her car loan?
We purchased a car for our granddaughter because she had bad credit she was to make payments to us she made some payments then stopped making them we have the contracts from the car dealer and the bank showing we paid for the car in full we have some cancelled checks from her showing she made us some payments we do not know if we have a case or not. Would appreciate some help. Thank you.
