The owner is obligated to pay for your injuries, including the dental care you will need. The owner should have insurance for this.

You should contact a personal injury attorney as soon as possible. The attorney will contact the restaurant owner and ask them to contact their insurer. In the meantime, you should make sure that you take care of your tooth. Keep track of all of your medical providers and expenses. Give all of that information to your attorney.
